Time flies when you’re having fun!

What is a better way to kick start the year than running an internship? HCQ has successfully completed its first internship program and what a success it was. Seven extremely keen and intelligent university students entered the Brisbane City office hungry to learn and experience firsthand what it’s like being an accountant at HCQ.

The program allowed them to pick up new tricks of the trade and apply the skills they’d learnt so far from the university under the watchful gaze of one of our amazing HCQ buddies who volunteered to mentor and ensure the interns were successful in their short but exciting time.

These interns learned what a day in the life of an HCQ accountant can be like which they took in their stride! It was also an opportunity for them to learn about themselves, what they do and don’t like and where they might see themselves fitting into the accounting industry.

We hope they all enjoyed their time at Hall Chadwick QLD and look forward to seeing them back very soon as a part-timer or graduate.
